蜀府川鍋


 朋友唔約我去晚飯我都 冇幾可會去 油塘工業區, 估唔到嗰度咁隔涉都有間川菜館, 感覺特別別樹一格

一坐低店員放低兩點小食,竹筍 同埋尖椒皮蛋,賣相好吸引 。我相信應該都好好食,因為我本身唔食 竹筍 同埋皮蛋 加上尖椒太 辣好少,再望到上面一大堆辣椒 ,平時已經少食的我更加唔夠膽試 😂 不過見到朋友們眨眼間已經清曬兩碟小食相信應該都好好食 😂😂
酸菜鱘龍魚 ,好惹味呀。估唔到鱘龍魚係咁既情況下都還keep到係又幼嫩又爽口 , 旁邊 秀珍菇芫茜豆腐等配菜 索埋啲 浸滿酸菜嘅湯汁 , 十分滋味 
撞啱今日係平日來,所以可以以三百九十八蚊點呢一個海鮮四人煱,賣相超級吸引,淨係睇啲海鮮已經令人口水停不了, 東風螺,大扇貝,聖子,大蜆,還有鮑魚…😱😱😱
最底係鴛鴦邊爐湯底有辣有唔辣真係好細心一次過滿足曬你所有嘅需要 

四人煱分4格,最頂嗰格係用來蒸海鮮的 

第二格椒鹽炸豆腐係隨時已經可以食㗎啦,第三格係用來煎 海鮮或者可以再另外點牛肉其他肉類用來煎嚟食嘅😍
鮑魚上枱還 在動, 新鮮程度令人咋舌, 雖然覺得很新鮮彈牙好味道 ,但食嘅時候感覺感覺得很殘忍😂
手切肥牛 紅紅的很鮮嫩,食落充滿牛香味,建議打邊爐較好
手打四色園 牛丸,豬肉丸,墨魚丸,蝦丸…超彈牙爽口😛

旺角砵蘭街呢頭真係有好多嘢食 , 諗緊食乜嗰陣時喺門口望入嚟見到環境都唔錯 ,可以一試 

樓底很高坐喺度唔會有壓迫感 ,都幾舒服 ,依家好少有餐廳樓底可以咁高
見到佢有個二人餐 298蚊真係超級抵,仲要有好多嘢食…
 
先泥個caesar沙律同埋南瓜湯, 南瓜湯都幾幼滑而且唔會太濃飲完已經飽😛, 食埋個沙律清清地都唔錯
 
跟住配埋個parma ham melon 雖然塊火腿比較薄 但夠鹹香味 都 唔錯,  蜜瓜夠甜👍
 食埋個肝多士, 煎得很香 很吸引
淨係前菜都有三款😁, 終於主菜上啦 , 墨魚汁海蝦意大利粉 ,屬於大蝦類, 彈牙爽脆而且墨魚汁濃度適中, 最愛食完佢滿口烏卒卒 個樣😂

烤澳洲牛柳扒 五成熟 剛好 如果再熟就會顯得呀 牛柳扒牛香味重 ,而且肉質夠哂鮮嫩👍唔錯唔錯
最後見到 佢有份餐牌 ,有個海鮮拼盤228蚊有生蠔四隻,牡丹蝦兩隻,鮑魚兩隻,青口兩隻 , 雖然已經好飽但都 決定埋佢嚟試下 😂 
賣相唔錯 隻隻大大件 , 同埋最緊要新鮮, 同老公司呀share食 , 剛剛好 
.最欣賞佢隻牡丹蝦,夠 大隻,而且鮮甜爽脆 多肉多汁,正正

鮮甜花甲和令人狂熱
          雖然呢排天氣很悶熱, 但都不會消減我一年四季對打邊爐嘅狂熱, 聽說路邊煱嘅花甲蟹鍋 口碑非常好 邊爐怪嘅我當然一定要約埋幾個朋友 一齊去品嚐品嘗😋😋😋

招牌雜菌花甲蟹鍋$400
濃濃嘅蕃茄雜菇粟米湯底 再配埋花甲同蟹嘅鮮甜味道 ,基本上料😝多個湯 , 個湯既鮮甜又有營養,同朋友一 人一碗湯 ,飲完都冇咗半鍋了😋😋

冬菇索左番茄蟹嘅 湯汁 ,口感鮮甜軟綿, 蝦滑新鮮彈牙, 口感滿有層次,細嚼還食到淡淡蝦肉 ,鮮味指數 媲美 新鮮蝦😍😍

墨讓油炸鬼$58
香脆嘅油炸鬼裏面讓咗自家製嘅超彈牙手打墨魚滑,上面再鋪咗一層滿滿嘅蟹子, 賣相滿分 ,口感層次分明, 而且味道 爽口 兼夾很彈牙,正~

雞腸$58
無論何時何地打親邊爐都要必食至愛肥雞腸 😍😍邪惡邪惡好邪惡😨 減肥嘅理念都要行埋一邊😂, 其實望落好肥 ,當落咗熱湯後 油脂 會溶去一大部分, 最後口感會變得非常爽脆 兼且滿口油香👍👍👍 雞腸唔肥唔好食, 這就是肥得有道理啦。

只能說好新鮮好新鮮 感覺就像剛在海裏 捉上來即食一樣,超鮮甜爽彈, 蝦頭部分充滿了滿滿蝦膏👍👍😋

紫菜響鈴$46
響鈴內放了紫菜, 即叫即炸 ,香脆惹味, 重點係沒有帶有那陣令人沒胃口的油溢味,
響鈴脆卜卜紫菜口感煙韌,兩者配埋一齊食 協調得很👍������

皇朝飲食

 The first course, salmon, was well-prepared a few minutes after we made the order. The size of salmon was a bit smaller than my expectation, but it’s very fresh. It’s even comparable with the salmon I tasted in the fish market of Japan.We ordered a set dinner for two plus salmon, suggested by the waitress.Recommended by friends, I decided to have fine dinner with my beloved at this small yet friendly restaurant in Jordan. I was first surprised by the lovely family of the owner when I entered the restaurant. Right after we finished the first course, the second was coming. This is seafood soup. As I observed, the ingredients of the soup is tomato, onion, oyster, mussel, clam, pepper etc. It was ensured that no food additive / flavor was used in the soup. The fantastic taste of the soup truly came from such sufficient ingredients.
The third course was German Sausage. To be honest, the taste of the sausage was not surprising. It may be because I just went to Germany months ago and tried the best sausage there. However, the sauce provided by the restaurant was quite compatible with the sausage, which made this dish more enjoyable than I expected. It was the only regret that I forgot to ask the staff for the name of the sauce.
Here came the main course and the reason why my friends recommended this restaurant to me. 16Oz Medium Angus Sirloin Steak was prepared for two. As a steak fan, I enjoy this steak so much. Once again, the cook did not add any food additive / flavor to the steak. He just cooked it as it really was. The intrinsic taste of the steak has been sufficient to drive people crazy. It also proved that the high quality of the steak itself. No any redundant stuff was needed.

今日同男朋友仔拍拖週年所以搵咗間比較有情調同格調嘅餐廳,上到嚟天仲未黑,望出去窗外嘅風景會見到維港美麗的景色,雖然 中間畀其他大廈有小小遮擋左,但係景色還是很優美 
呢到設有酒櫃, 如果想飲番兩杯嘅 ,有多款紅酒供你選擇  
最後我哋點咗個$498嘅dinner set再額外點些食物, 渡過一個愉快嘅晚上
先送上來的 是頭盤是日精選新鮮生蠔三隻, 帶點鹹鹹嘅海水味 加少少檸檬汁已很鮮甜了
芒果大蝦沙律, 清新又健康, 彈牙嘅大蝦配上甜甜嘅芒果肉口感豐富 
再嚟嘅係海鮮冬陰忌廉湯 問你怕未😝
 泰國 +法國 創新嘅口味, 香茅混合椰汁同忌廉嘅味道, 很香辣惹味呀



美國慢燒牛肉飯, 五成熟, 肉質很鮮嫩, 牛香味很重 , 騷騷的很好味呀
蘑菇法國田螺比較濃味,還是第一次這樣食田螺, ,食得多一般的薯蓉焗田螺, 都要轉下口味


咖哩蟹肉配熱脆麵包, 熱辣辣香脆嘅法包沾滿了鮮甜蟹肉味道嘅咖哩汁,味道真係非常令人回味, 屬於輕辣級, 可惜嘅係如果可以多兩個法包就更加好啦😍




 最後是 菠蘿雪芭 生果和濃香 朱古力特製嘅甜品, 今晚真是愉快又美好的一天
