The first course, salmon, was well-prepared a few minutes after we made the order. The size of salmon was a bit smaller than my expectation, but it’s very fresh. It’s even comparable with the salmon I tasted in the fish market of Japan.We ordered a set dinner for two plus salmon, suggested by the waitress.Recommended by friends, I decided to have fine dinner with my beloved at this small yet friendly restaurant in Jordan. I was first surprised by the lovely family of the owner when I entered the restaurant. Right after we finished the first course, the second was coming. This is seafood soup. As I observed, the ingredients of the soup is tomato, onion, oyster, mussel, clam, pepper etc. It was ensured that no food additive / flavor was used in the soup. The fantastic taste of the soup truly came from such sufficient ingredients.
The third course was German Sausage. To be honest, the taste of the sausage was not surprising. It may be because I just went to Germany months ago and tried the best sausage there. However, the sauce provided by the restaurant was quite compatible with the sausage, which made this dish more enjoyable than I expected. It was the only regret that I forgot to ask the staff for the name of the sauce.

Here came the main course and the reason why my friends recommended this restaurant to me. 16Oz Medium Angus Sirloin Steak was prepared for two. As a steak fan, I enjoy this steak so much. Once again, the cook did not add any food additive / flavor to the steak. He just cooked it as it really was. The intrinsic taste of the steak has been sufficient to drive people crazy. It also proved that the high quality of the steak itself. No any redundant stuff was needed.
