三喜


Hotpot is always good, in my opinion, whenever it is winter or summer. Along with a satisfactory at Happy 3, a small hotpot restaurant in Jordan comes my feelings / comments as follows.
I first ordered a Taiwan-style chicken hotpot, suggested by the owner of the restaurant. According to his introduction, this hotpot is a kind of herbal cuisine, which consists of a number of medicine-making herbs, i.e. Setaria viridis. Unlike traditional Chinese medicine, this chicken hotpot is not bitter at all. Instead, it smells fresh and a bit sweet. The taste of the herbs surprisingly matches with the chicken that enable the chicken to be fresher, in addition to its function as herbal cuisine.

After I finish the chicken, the entire chicken hotpot will function as hotpot soup. I ordered a bit vegetable, hand-sliced beef and dumpling etc. to further fill my hungry belly.
 
  As expected, the overall quality of the hotpot ingredients is as good as the Taiwan-style chicken hotpot. The selling point of those hotpot ingredients is so fresh that can match with medicine-making herbs. The dinner here has made my day.
